We provide services to numerous local, state, and federal agencies (i.e., the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services, the Department of Human Services, Juvenile Court, etc.), as well as schools, sheltered workshops, hospitals, case management organizations, and private referrals.
Our staff includes licensed clinical psychologists and licensed clinical social workers. With extensive experience and having served as expert witnesses, our staff is available to speak to community and professional groups on a variety of topics. We are credentialed DCFS assessment providers and have established DCFS therapy contracts for counseling services. We accept many types of insurance and provide sliding scale fee opportunities based on need.

Principal Clinicians
Robert (Uri) Heller, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist with a doctoral degree in organizational psychology. This allows him to take the work environment into perspective in his treatment processes. Dr. Heller serves as an expert witness, is a member of many behavioral health panels, and is instrumental in developing assessment standards in this area.
Kyle V. Hunneke, Psy.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist and id's clinical director. Dr. Hunneke has worked extensively with victims of trauma, both through diagnostic evaluations and therapeutic treatment, including working with victims of severe physical and sexual abuse, domestic violence, and Critical Incident Stress Debriefing.
